License Renewal Guide
It is each licensed employee’s responsibility to ensure your license is renewed
A professional license may be renewed six months prior to the expiration date.
It is illegal to pay a teacher without a license.

All renewal forms are on KSDE.org under Educator Licensure>license application.

Greenbush PDP toolbox/PDP Points (https://www.pdptoolbox.org/index.cgi) Instructions:
Go to www.pdptoolbox.org and log in with USD # 362, user name and password, which will be given to you by the district office, within the first week of employment. After logging on, select your preferences section, at the top, complete the following information: personal Information, education highest degree, teaching license, select box for PDC options, selection box for return notification, approve notification, daily digest.
The PDP toolbox sends out monthly reminders, if your information is completed in the perferecne section, staring 6 months prior to the license expiration date and every day the last month.

The district office emails license expiration dates to employees and supervisors starting 6 months, 3 months and 1 month before the expiration date.
