Inner Peace and Satisfaction

Life in its Pure Essence This document is life-hack and guidance for the seekers of the truth who have been questioning and wondering about the purpose of our life, what would take place after death and whether God has provided us with a manual to illuminate the path of success in this life and in the next life??? Obviously, the path of the ultimate success will be ambiguous and confusing for those who are heavily attached into this worldly life and become slaves to their evil whims and desires and as result of that their heart transformed to be hungry for MORE. MORE money, MORE fame, MORE prestige and guess what, the final destination for all of us is inevitably under the ground (THE GRAVE) where money, fame and prestige will be left behind us. YOU SHOULD ponder DEEPLY ABOUT THAT. Allah or (God) said in Quran: (A day which neither property nor sons will avail * except a person who comes to Allah with pure heart) But which God is the true God out of the million Gods out there? And which path could lead us to the path of success in this life and in the afterlife?? And what does God want us to do???

GOD is ONE By reflecting and contemplating into nature, the sky, the human body, the harmonious alternation of the moon and the sun, the synchronized circulation of the planets around the sun and this huge universe which we are like tiny atom in it, a person will realize that whoever did this must be a supernaturally intelligent and unimaginably powerful.  How come the sky is above us without pillars???  How come milk emanates from the mother’s breast while the breast is filled with blood and veins???  How come the throat of a snake contains poison and it does not kill it???  How come small seeds grow and become gigantic trees???  How come we feel the air but we can’t see it??? These baffling questions may differ from one person to another and they would often hover above our minds but few will reflect upon them and search for the answer. pg. 1

Allah said in Quran: (most surely in the alternation of the night and day and what Allah has created in the skies and the earth, are signs for people who ponder) Allah said as well: (travel on the earth and see how Allah makes the first creation and then Allah creates the latter creation, surely Allah has power over all things). - The irony is that some people are attributing the creation of the world to nature or (Mother Nature) and the analogy of that is, if YOU have a very sophisticated phone with so many amazing features in it, Would you attribute the creativity and the innovation to the phone itself OR to the designer of the phone???

Our Body But why going so far, look at YOUR body right now and see how many abilities and favors God or Allah has blessed YOU with. YOU have eyes to see, tongue to taste, ears to hear, hand to hold things, knees to bend YOUR legs, feet to walk, brain to think, heart to feel, skin to protect YOUR body, nails to scratch, urine and defecation to cleanse YOUR body, digestive system to digest food inside YOUR body, kidneys to filter out the blood AND (honestly shedding light on each and every single favor that Allah has granted YOU in YOUR body only will require me to talk forever, that’s why thanking Allah for his favors upon us is impossible) Allah said in Quran: (if YOU would count Allah’s favors, YOU will not be able to number them) Also many people claim that there are many Gods controlling the universe and each one of them has different role to play. But would not they fight each other to overrule and expand their kingdom??? That’s why Allah said in Quran: (Allah did not take to himself a son neither other God associated with him, and if that is the case, wouldn’t each God have taken away what they created and some of them would have certainly overpowered others * All glory and exultance to Allah regardless what they describe) The characteristics of God or Allah is that, he is the creator of everything, the ever-living, the master, the only one in control, the knower of the seen and the unseen world, Supreme being and the best fashioner. And we as human being have limited mental and imaginative ability to visualize God, same as the physical deficiency we have for example to carry 500 KG or to see things behind the wall or to stay 3 nights without sleep. So, we are incapable of doing so many things, but we arrogantly tend to challenge and disobey God who created us from nothing. pg. 2

Why do we have to worship Allah???  The beginning: Within a period of six days, Allah flawlessly created and designed the universe consisting of seven skies where this earth is located inside the first sky (This earth is like a drop in the ocean compared to the size of the first sky). OMG how vast this universe is??? And nobody knows exactly whether these six days are considered to be six days in the worldly time-measure or it’s in accordance to the heavenly measure. (1000 worldly days equal 1 heavenly day) Allah says in Quran: (a day with your lord is as thousand years of what YOU count) Allah knows best and he is capable of everything.

 Adam and Satan: Adam (the progenitor of the human race) was created by Allah in paradise or Jannah (this is where we originally came from) and then Allah gathered up all the angels whom the best of them were servants to Allah like (Gabriel, Azrael and many others) to show them how he would blow the soul into Adam’s body. Satan was one of the most prominent servants who had special privileges by Allah and he was designated to guard paradise because of his exerting effort in worshiping Allah to the extent that he prostrated at any place in the skies. But deep down in his heart, Satan has filthy arrogance and pride due to his close status to Allah, but Allah already knew what Satan was concealing in his heart. Allah says in Quran: (conceal YOUR words or manifest them, Allah knows what is in the heart) Allah told the angels during the gathering that: I am going to place a human being (Adam) on earth who will bring out plentiful offspring, they said: Oh Allah will you place on it who will ruin it and shed blood while we praise you and extol your holiness, Allah responded: I know what you don’t know. Chapter 1, verse 30 in Quran. Some interpreters of Quran clarified that what Allah meant in the last part (I know what you don’t know) is indirect allusion to Satan after all the angels praised themselves including Satan. In front of all the angels, Allah blew the soul into Adam’s body which was merely a black mud fashioned in human shape, Allah then inspired into the heart of Adam the names of every single thing in the universe and Allah presented them to the angels then he said to them: tell me the name of these things if you are knowledgeable enough, they said: all glory to you (Allah) we have no knowledge except what you have taught us. pg. 3

Allah said to Adam: Oh Adam inform them of their names, Adam incredibly began naming things to the extent he named the types of trees, birds, etc. The angels were amazed and astonished with what they saw. Then Allah instructed all angels to prostrate to Adam and they all did so, except one whose jealousy and pride exposed and he says to Allah arrogantly, I am better than him, I was created from fire while Adam is created from mud. YES HE IS SATAN. Allah immediately expelled Satan from paradise and he allowed Adam and his wife (Eve: Allah created her to be an important factor in the proliferation stage) to dwell in paradise and to enjoy the residence in it however, Allah prohibited Adam and his wife to approach and eat the fruits of a particular tree.

 The evilness of Satan: Satan’s envy incited him to plot against Adam (who was the reason of getting Satan expelled out of paradise and fired from his position). One day Adam was leaning on a tree and Satan found it to be a great opportunity to deceive Adam in order to revenge, Satan whispered into the heart of Adam to taste the prohibited fruits. And out of oblivion and omission, Adam rushed into the prohibited tree and ate from its fruits without thinking of the repercussions. Right after Adam ate the fruits, he felt the sinful action he committed and as result of that all the trees of paradise began throwing their leafs on him and his wife. And as punishment of that, Allah descended Adam to earth. (Fulfilling his words to the angels (I am going to place a human being on earth…)). Adam was very repentant and regretful for his disobedience to Allah until Allah taught him some words (apologetic supplications) to erase his sin. Important note: before Satan was expelled from paradise, he asked Allah to extend his life till the day of resurrection and he promised Allah that he will do his best to deviate people from the path to paradise. Allah responded to him: (I will respite you till the day of resurrection and whoever followed you from humankind will face a severe punishment except the righteous servants who abide by my rules, you have no authority over them). Chapter 15, verse 42 in Quran. 3 Vital Points to Learn: 1) We as human being are originally from Jannah or paradise and our progenitor (Adam) was created there. However, Satan is an evil enemy for us to divert as from the true pg. 4

path and his weapon is only whispering or temptation. He can’t force or drag a person to sin. That’s why during the Day of Judgment Satan will disown his followers and tell them that I had no authority over YOU except that I invited YOU to evil and YOU accepted. And now all of us will be thrown into hellfire. 2) Allah says in Quran: (Satan is promising YOU poverty and ordering YOU to do misdeeds while Allah is promising YOU forgiveness and great abundance). This verse has a very profound advice, YOU see, always the enjoyment that Satan would offer for a person who follows him is a short-lasting and limited enjoyment. For example, when a person drinks beer which is prohibited in Islam, he/she would enjoy and lose his/ her mind for short moment BUT as soon as a person becomes conscious, massive feeling of guilt and regret will fill up his/her heart, similar to what Adam went through after he was descended to earth. That’s why Allah said: Satan is promising YOU poverty, whereas (following Allah’s commands) like giving charity or obeying the parents will bring peace and everlasting satisfaction to the heart. -Ponder a bit on Adam, how respectfully he was treated by Allah when he obeyed him AND insultingly he was exiled from paradise because he followed Satan. 3) The door of Allah’s mercy and forgiveness is always open to the seekers of truth and Allah knows our weakness and incapability to keep ourselves faultless and pure of sins because we are created from feeble water (sperm) and we instinctively tend to be drawn into evilness and sin. And as long as our repentance to Allah is sincere and humble, Allah will accept it and replace the sin with rewards. -Allah said in Quran: (oh my servants who have oppressed their souls, don’t despair at the mercy of Allah, surely Allah forgives the faults). But, once a person plants in the heart a seed of arrogance and jealousy like what Satan has, his/her heart will be sealed to seek Allah’s forgiveness. Ponder a bit on Adam, despite his disobedience to Allah’s command, Allah forgave his misdeed, however Satan is cursed for eternity because of his pride. -HOW WOULD SOMEONE FEEL ARROGANT when he/she is Created from semen, Kept in dark place for almost 9 months (inside the mother’s womb), Was unable to move, talk, see and barely hear (during infancy) AND if Allah destined for him/her to live more than 60 years, they gradually lose their senses and abilities AND become weak and easily afflicted with diseases??? pg. 5

Islam and Natural Disposition The definition of Natural Disposition is: an inner guidance (emanating from the heart) which inclines a person toward good and this guidance illuminates the path of the real success in this life and in the next life, it goes side by side with self-happiness and tranquility and it brings ever-lasting peace and satisfaction into the heart. Natural Disposition also projects the actions of human being and their consequences before we accomplish them. Allah places the Natural Disposition in our heart in order to be asked in the Day of Judgment whether we followed it or our heart was deeply sunk in the hole of the sins. The only thing that would deviate a person from following the Natural Disposition is obviously worshiping his/her evil whims, desires and the satanic instructions.

 Islam and Natural Disposition VS The evilness of Satan: The relevant example to that is when YOU sometimes would be driven mentally to commit sinful acts like watching porn, smoking, fornication, stealing, drinking beer, lying, etc. there is always an initial feeling of excitement OR hypnotism (known in Islam as giving up to Satan) BUT as soon as YOU wake up from that coma and realize that the excitement is gone, huge feeling of depression and sorrow will conquer the heart, Let alone the physical pain it causes, like for instant drinking beer and its side effects on the body in the long run. – Indeed, all the sinful deeds in Islam will bring unpreventable mental, emotional and physical harm right after the short enjoyment that a person naively attempted to lay his/her hand on AND Satan within that moment of illusory excitement will be enslaving and controlling a person. Whereas accomplishing virtuous deeds like giving charity to the poor, reading Quran with focus, advising people to good, being sympathetic and friendly with people (simply following all what Allah commands) will bring indescribable feeling of contentment and relief to the heart and in addition to that, it cleanses the body from the satanic control over YOU (this is indeed the meaning of the natural deposition) And Islam has marvelously fused between the internal feelings (emotion, mindset and spirituality) with the external appearance (body posture). To restate that (the heart must be purely intending the actions to be for the sake of Allah only, not for worldly fame or showingoff because Allah knows what is in the heart AND AS LONG AS THE HEART IS STRONG THE BODY WILL FOLLOW). pg. 6

The prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) said: (in this worldly life, Allah puts paradise in the heart of everybody, and whoever enjoys the serenity and pleasure of it by doing the noble deeds for the sake of Allah, his/her path to the real paradise will be nicely paved BUT whoever adheres heavily to this worldly life, Allah will give what barely pleases him/her according to their short-worldly vision)… But what change Islam would bring to a person’s life???

Islam as way of life Islam in its essence sets out specific rules and regulations for humankind to take them out of the darkness of the evil desires and satanic slavery into the light of obeying Allah and his commands (From worshiping one’s soul to worship who created the soul). Islam is not restricted to couple physical moves or locking up yourself in the mosque or living a monastic lifestyle. Islam is a comprehensive way of living which covers the political, economic, educational, social, medical, individual, spiritual and intellectual aspects. The greatest virtue of Islam is that Islam is not a religion which illogically prohibits and bans human beings to practice and satisfy their basic instinctive needs BUT the reality is that Islam promotes and uplifts the practice of these instincts and natural desires to build up a coherent and advanced society and to annihilate all sort of corruption, vice and immorality which will eventually liberate a person’s mind and heart form being a victim and obsessed with these instincts and desires.

 Sexuality in Islam: The sexual desire in human being is a natural and blissful grace by Allah to strengthen the intimacy between both genders and to bring out generation after generation. It is said that during the residence of Adam in paradise (Jannah) before Eve was created, he was feeling desperate despite the beauty and pleasure of Jannah, till Allah bestowed him with Eve to complete each other. The sexual desire is quite relevant to the need of eating and drinking, a study shows that both men and women think of having sex more than 20 times in a day. - Indeed human beings and animals have these 2 major instincts in common (the sexual instinct and appetite) BUT as human beings, Allah has blessed us with mind and consciousness to control our desires and to redirect the energy of them into purposive things OTHERWISE our lives will be resembling the life of animals. Let’s deliberately think for a moment how the world would be if everybody is greedily willing to satisfy his/her sexual whims at the expense of others!!! Apart from the contagious diseases that will break out like AIDS or chlamydia, pg. 7

man will turn into wide animal chasing his victim, women will be treated discriminately as sex object, and if miscarriage did not occur, how then the woman will be able to raise her child if the man discharges his libido on her and walks away??? (This is the world today!!!). Allah says in Quran: (have you seen this who chose his GOD to be his lust, would you be able to be his advisor * or you consider most of them are able to hear and understand, surely they are resembling to cattle and indeed way worse). On the other hand, many religious doctrines instructed men and women to renounce their sexual need under the pretext of austerity or monasticism. BUT, Islam stood in the middle between those two extreme views to upgrade the role of male and female into a superior and productive objective that meets with the natural disposition by encouraging and facilitating all the means for marriage where the husband and the wife will fulfil their sexual orgasm rejoicefully and will share their duties to build up a family. The prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) said: (Marriage is half of the religion) meaning both partners will be rewarded for that abundantly in the eyes of Allah because marriage preserves Muslims for being emotionally, mentally and physically exposed to promiscuity. Allah says in Quran: (They are your garment and you are their garment) Allah exemplified the marriage bond between the husband and the wife to be like clothes for the person SO each partner will shelter and find rest with the other partner AND also will cover and protect the person from being an easy victim to fornication and pornography.

 Glimpse of the Islamic economic system: The current economic system is playing a disastrous role for the anticipated worldwide economic crisis in the next 5 to 10 years which has unmercifully fell upon Greece in the early months of 2015 and undoubtedly the alarm bell is poking many countries about the consequences that Greece was afflicted with and what would draw the attention closer to this imminent economic catastrophe is the continuous unjustifiable increase of the goods prices AND the social segregation between the rich and the poor is expanding where the middle-class is almost extinct. Why wonder so much if the current economic system is named ‘CAPITALISM’ (an economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state.) pg. 8

Meaning the money will be monopolized and circulated among private owners or in other words (bank owners) who are dominating and maximizing their political and economic leverage by lending money to people with low or middle income and in return they must pay back to the bank the borrowed amount in compound interest. That’s why university graduates in America will be stuck forever in repaying the banking loans NOT TO MENTION the tax rate which is ripping off the salary of each individual to the extent that most governments now are indebted by banks. Obviously, this all together will enslave and exploit people and government to the minority who are privileged and living on the effort of others. On the other side, the Islamic economic system prohibits any sort of transaction or loan which involves interest in it. Islam as well repudiates the function of the current banks (which is robbing people's money) AND replaces them with what is known in Arabic (Bayt Al-Mal) or the House of Wealth: (financial institution responsible for managing the distribution of ZAKAT (which is taxes taken from the rich Muslims total of 2.5% of their annual income to the poor or needy, so the money will not be in the hand of few) and administering the personal finances and the government expenditures where the 3 basic needs of each human being must be provided (food, shelter and clothes) by the government free of charge regardless of their religious background or ethnicity). The sources of the house wealth are: 1. Zakat. 2. Booty of war. 3. Natural resources.

4. Tax for non-Muslim instead of Zakat and it is a total of 1.5% annually.

This all is just a glimpse of the perfect Islamic economic system which deals successfully to eradicate poverty and maintains the social equality between different classes. Unfortunately, the Islamic empire which lasted for 1342 years was dismantled in 1924 by set of colonial conspiracies and occupation and ever since the Islamic empire had been divided into small portions and replaced with the most tyrannical and autocratic regimes which claim to implement Islam BUT THE REALITY ISLAM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM AT ALL.

pg. 9

Jannah (Paradise) VS Worldly Life The comparison between Jannah and worldly life is unfair and wise person will never ever dare to have them on each side of a scale to measure which is more valuable. Simply because this worldly life is decreed to come to an end. All the great ancient civilizations (Greek, Chinese and Egyptians) had at some point of time deteriorated economically, authoritatively and militarily until they perished. And this is the cycle of life (NOTHING IS FREE OF CONTAMINATION). Trees grow and produce fruits but they inevitably reach an age when they fall down feebly. Identical thing occurs with human being (no matter how healthy his/her lifestyle is), DEATH will embrace us. And if this life worths a penny in the eyes of Allah, he would have not let the disbeliever who refuses to worship him and to abide by his laws to live in his kingdom. But the fact is, this disbeliever still has the mercy and blessings of Allah pouring abundantly above his head (the sun is shining above him, the air goes in and out of his body, his heart beats every second without his control and blood is circulating all around his veins) Nevertheless, he disobeys Allah. (THINK ABOUT IT). And frankly speaking (What is worthy in this life to be chased after???) If it is MONEY: money passes through one person to another and it is quite similar to a slutty girl who jumps from one man to another. Within the process of striving to be rich and (billionaire), A person has to win enemies and lose friends and all the evil characteristics will find a fertile ground to ripen in the heart like (jealousy, greed and selfishness). And in the end, the money will be inherited to the family members who would fight and dispute on it and forget or sometimes ignore who dedicated day and night to collect it. In nutshell: (NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE OF CONTAMINATION) Allah says in Quran: (All that is on earth will perish * But will endure forever the face of Allah, full of Majesty, Bounty and Honor).

 Jannah (Paradise): Allah mentions the word Paradise in the Holy Quran as (Jannah) and Jannah in Arabic is derived from the word JANA (immersion or overshadowing) where the minds of its residents will be deeply sunk and concentrated in it as if they are in (virtual reality) because whatever they would desire IS THERE and MUCH MORE with an endless pleasure and rejoicement. pg. 10

Jannah is a perpetual residence for its dwellers and it is not just one Jannah, there are Jannat (paradises). (In them there is no death, no sickness, no boredom, no hatred, no sleep, no laziness, no contamination, no expiration date, no stress, no time anxiety, no urination, no defecation, no over-satiety, no hunger, no thirst and no pain will be ever encountered or felt by their residents (IT IS JUST A PURE ENJOYMENT)). In Jannah there are 4 rivers: 1. River of pure and filtered honey. 2. River of water that does not change or become dirty. 3. River of wine with sweat taste (the wine river of Jannah is free of 4 defects the worldly wine has: 1) Lose of mind. 2) Vomiting. 3) Increase of urination. 4) Headache. 4. River of milk that does not turn sour because of expiration or rottenness, it is always fresh. The astonishing thing is these rivers are crossing and intersecting each other, nevertheless they maintain their texture, taste and color. The dwellers will drink of them and every sip is way better and sweater than the one before. The tree branches of Jannah are made of gold and silver and they are loaded with colorful fruits which are attractive and mesmerizing to the eyes that the eyes would want to enjoy staring and meditating on their extraordinary and marvelous look forever. Their fruits do not have to be planted, watered and harvested until they get ripe to be eaten, but as soon as a person takes one, more beautiful and mouthwatering one pops up in its place (That’s why Jannah is always improving, it is always better than the day before). The fruits are near to the hand (no need for climbing or throwing them with stones to fall). When the breeze passes through the tree branches in Jannah, marvelous and calming symphony emanates from the breeze that could take the breath away while a person is relishing the sweetness of the symphony entering the ear slowly. As soon as the residents of Jannah enter it, they will know the direction to their mansions better than their houses in this life (because we are originally from there) pg. 11

The mansions of Jannah are designed and decorated with gold, silver, pearls, gemstones, sapphires and diamonds on their façade. The interior design is laid out by the angels according to whatever the owner desires (in Jannah before a person wishes to have something, it will be presented right in front of him/her in magnificent and splendid appearance that his/her mind did not come across). Ponder a bit on the unimaginable piece of glamorous architectural design of these mansions. (The rooms of each mansion are built on top of one another and between them is a river. People inside the mansions can see what is outside because the walls are transparent and clean), what wonder so much if Allah is the one who made them. All these are just a tiny description of Jannah. Allah says in Quran: (They will have whatever they wish therein, and with us is more), I am describing Jannah according to my limited and narrow mental imagination capacity and when the prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) was asked about Jannah, he simply said: (Jannah has what an eye has never seen, ear has never heard and mind can never imagine). The best reward that the residents of Jannah will enjoy is (seeing Allah (S.W.T) every Friday) where the residents of Jannah will leave all the pleasurable bounties and gifts behind, in fact they will toss them far as soon as the light of Allah (S.W.T) shines out the whole Jannah from the top of Allah’s throne all the way to depth of the rivers. And once Allah (S.W.T) uncovers his face, the eyes of the residents will refuse to blink to miss a single chance of the most tremendous and indescribable moment when the creator of the heavens (skies) and the earth, and all between them, will be chatting and joking with the residents of Jannah. The second best moment in Jannah is when everybody in Jannah and Hellfire is summoned to appear next to the barrier separating between Jannah and Hellfire. The angels will come forth carrying with them DEATH in the form of ram and it will be placed between Jannah and Hellfire and then the angels will slaughter it and kill it. IT IS THE DEATH OF DEATH and the people of Jannah will be told that, IT is pleasure and you will never die. And the people of the hellfire will be told that, IT is punishment and you will never die. IT IS ETERNITY FOR BOTH. So, YOU have the freedom now either choosing the path of the perpetual success by following what Allah (S.W.T) prescribed upon YOU and realizing that this life is meant to be a test (just like an exam who succeeds will be rewarded and who fails will be punished) pg. 12

OR to be a submissive and easy victim to Satan and to be dragged humiliatingly into the destruction in this life and in the afterlife. Everybody on the face of the earth sooner or later will depart from this earth forever (WE ARE JUST TRAVELERS HERE) to return to where our father Adam came from, but if YOU followed your evil desires and inclined towards the satanic temptation, then YOU will be pulled to dwell with Satan in his residence.

Conclusion Seek the truth, Account yourself for every action YOU do, Make sure to let the light of faith (natural disposition) radiate and guide YOU, Aim for what will last forever and Put the commands of Allah before everything… The prophet Mohamed (peace be upon him) said: (the path to Jannah is paved with discomfort and the path of hellfire is paved with whims and desires)…

May Allah guide ME and YOU to meet in Jannah AND have mercy upon us Peace
