he delegatds intending to join the tour need to secure a separate parent's ermit, no parent's perrnit, ho educational tour. on-contestants, parents and other school officials who ar"e not official regional legates are required to seek their own accommodation and should contact he host region / schools division for assistance. Each participant included in the list of officials delegates, shall pay a registration fee of Four Thousand Pesos (P4,000.00) chargeable against MOOE / local I regional / special education, or school campus journalism fund, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The registration fee shall cover the costs of board and lodging, kits, including conference materials, rental of equiprnent I vehicle, payment for utilities, contingency and other related expenses incurred in the conduct cf 2A16 NSPC, For information and guidance of all concerned.
