The room rates are fair ... and the experience is truly rewarding Reviews: We were just there a couple weekends ago and loved it. We met the chef on the way in and he was very friendly as was all the staff. I had an excellent prime rib and my fiancé had cordon bleu and we both totally loved it. We had to take some home because there was more than we could eat. We didn't have room for desert, but the chef caught us going out the door and gave us a couple of macaroons hot out of the oven to take home. The deer in the grass by the parking lot were also beautiful to look at. We will definitely be going back again and again.

Reviews: This place was a complete surprise. We took the risk of staying here sight unseen by the 2 comments in YELP. I'm a Marriott/HIlton/Starwood type of guy and am super picky about where I sleep. The room was incredibly clean. It's obviously been through significant renovation with new sink, toilet, shower stall, flooring and paint. No funny smells, no frills. Old school TV with cable, microwave and fridge. You really couldn't ask for anything better considering the $45/night price for a comfortable queen bed.

Review: Not the most promising sounding name perhaps, but other options are few and far between on the stretch of highway between Susanville, CA and Klamath Falls, OR. The Last Resort turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. I didn't expect much, at just over $60 with tax, but the room was clean, spacious and had all the usual fittings, including fridge and microwave. The highway out front was dead at night, and there was nothing out back all the way to the distant hills, so it was very quiet too. I slept well! One thing they need to fix though...at least in the room I had, there was no hanging space for clothes. It would have been nice to have at least some pegs and hangers on the wall. Other than that, it was great! As another reviewer said, Adin is a pretty quiet town, but you can get good food there...at the Frosty, believe it or not! Judging by the full parking lot on the Thursday night I ate there, people come from all over to eat there. Genuine home-style cooking. it was the best meal of my trip.

Reviews: My family of four stayed at Fe's Bed and Breakfast rental house for 3 nights while visiting Lava Beds National Monument. The house was old but fully equipped, clean, and had plenty of room for us to spread out. We brought in all our own groceries, besides picking up a couple of things at the local market, and cooked all our meals. Fe and Bob were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the house to any of our friends visiting the area
