Logo Design checklist Logo tells your business' story or what it stands for. Target audience understands your logo. Your logo is memorable. Your logo is simple. Your logo is created as a vector-based artwork and is scalable. Your logo has at least 1 variation and a submark logo for social media. Your logo can be read in black & white, grayscale and color. Your logo well balanced. Your logo is readable; script typefaces are easy to read. You have obtained the proper licensing for both your fonts and graphic. Your logo was created using a CYMK color scheme.

Logo Design Steps Checklist Step 1: Create a Moodboard. Use Photshop, Powerpoint, Canva.com or other resources. Include color schemes that speak to your audience.

Step 2: Choose commercial ready fonts and graphics.

Step 3: Keep it simple with a great message about your company. Step 4: Create variations such as the Logo variation, submark and even a header. Step 5: Create a branding board. A Branding Board includes your Logo, logo variation, submark, font choices (2), inspiration (from moodboard) and suggestive patterns (use seamless patterns).
