In the existingpay matrix the stagesof pay are same in most of the levels suchas level 2& 3, 6&7 , 7&8 etc.In this situation,if an employeeis upgradedunder MACP from one level to anotherlevel, his pay will be almost(Exactly)sameas he may havedrawn evenwithout receiving the benefitunderMACP.
