Management Board meeting dates 2017 – 2019 At its June meeting in 2016, the Management Board meeting dates for 2017 were presented for adoption with the provisional meeting dates for 2018 presented for information. Due to the need that may arise in the period leading up to the UK leaving the European Union, and the relocation of the Agency, it might be necessary to hold extraordinary meetings solely dedicated to Brexit-related topics. In such cases, the Executive Director and Chair of the Management Board will endeavour to notify the Board as soon as possible and, as a matter of principle, no later than 3 weeks before the date when the meeting is held.
Action requested of the Board The Board is now asked to adopt the meeting dates for 2017 and 2018 and note the meeting dates for 2019 as follows:
