It is working for the upliftment of the society, Following are the activities of this Student Body 1.Educating poor students 2.Distribution of stationer and school bags 3.Distribution of clothes & blankets to needy people 4.Spreading awareness of Hygiene & Cleanliness 5.Regular visits to Old Age Home 6.Medical checkups 7.Blood Donation camps CULTURAL WAVES - Continuing with the tradition of the college, senior students and newcomers mingled with each other at fresher function ‘WAVES’. This is the platform where students can showcase of their talent of dance, singing, Instruments, anchoring, acting and fashion. IGNITIA - In order to groom personality of students PSIT give them enough room to grow intellectually, technically & culturally, During this Fest time various competitions held like..moves & rythems, fashion walk, fine arts, Nukkad Natak, debate, Rj hunt etc.

Beside these two major events according to occasion various events take place like PSITians also celebrated Independence Day with great zeal a National Flag was hoisted by Chairman in the college open ground with large crowd of dignitaries, staff and students. Teacher’s day, Engineers’ day, Gandhi Jayanti and Republic days are also celebrated. Our students represent PSIT on different platforms in various cultural activities at different platforms. TECHNICAL

Various technical competitions are held during Ignitia and Techexpo was main attraction where students presented their various live projects’. During the semester each department also organizes different Technical events for the enhancement of technical skills students. Name of such events are; Robo Race, Multivictor, Protocol, CADD etc. During session Technical aspect is taken utmost care by our mentors, Under the technical club EMBROTRONICS (Embedded Systems, Robotics – Electronics Club), PSIT EMBROTRONICS (Embedded Systems, Robotics – Electronics Club), PSIT is an earnest endeavour in the electronics domain. For management students various activities on development of entrepreneurial management skills i.e Business communication, Personal & Group Dynamics, Team building and problem solving etc. are also being organized. LITERARY Orientation towards literature A motto to teach students how to think, write and speak, for this various activities like a small workshops for Write-ups, articles competition, Debate, Declamation &Sudoku also poem writing and recitations are being organized in PSIT. SPORTS

In PSIT students are being motivated to take part in various indoor and outdoor sports activities. Various competitions are being held at department and college level. Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Cricket and indoor games Chess, Table tennis Badminton These are the utmost favorite games of our students, During session they took part in these games and won the various position. Our students represent PSIT on different platforms in various sports activities at different platforms.
