ALC's Women's Ministry's Marketplace and Craft Fair Craft booth/ Vendor Application: Event Information: ALC's Women's Ministry will be hosting our first ever Marketplace and Craft Fair featuring booths from local consultants, vendors and handmade products. September 9th 9am-3pm (Set up for vendors Sept 8th (during church business hours) or Sept 9th (7:30am-8:45am) Abundant Life Church is located at 1520 W Wall St, Grapevine, TX 76051 The event will be advertised by flyers, church video announcements, word of mouth and social media.
Booth Information: Fee: $25, Booth Size: approximately 6ft x 8 ft space, includes one 6 or 8 ft table (depending on availability) covered in a black fabric fitted tablecloth and access to electricity. Products for sale or display need to be appropriate for all audiences and are not to include references to alcohol, tobacco, sexual innuendos, foul language, etc. Vendors are encouraged to donate one item &/or gift certificate for a door prize. Public acknowledgment will be given. Your donation will allow you priority selection of the location of available booths. Vendors are personally responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses related to the sell of their products. All money and tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Applications must be submitted by August 31st If mailed, postmarked by August 25th I UNDERSTAND and AGREE that Abundant Life Church will not be held liable for accidents, theft, damage or loss during the said date of event. Refunds will NOT be given for cancellations.
