Note: Members of the public desiring to speak on any item shall fill out a “Speaker’s Slip”, requiring them to provide their name and deliver to the Board Chair or Secretary prior to consideration of that item. Per Board policy speaking time is limited to three minutes per person with a limit of 30 minutes per item, unless a longer period is permitted by the Board Chair. Agendas for all Board of Directors’ public meetings are posted at least twenty four hours prior to a special meeting on bulletin boards outside the entrance gate and the main entrance door of the school and on the school’s website. The agendas and all backup material may also be inspected at the President/CEO Executive Assistant’s Office, located at 1355 Third Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91911 as soon as it is distributed to the Board.
