Studienarbeit, die am 09.12.1999 erfolgreich an einer Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik in Deutschland eingereicht wurde. Einleitung: Schwingungen sind in der Regel kleine Bewegungen, die unter bestimmten Bedingungen gefährliche Auswirkungen haben können. Wenn die sogenannten Resonanzerscheinungen (Frequenz der Anregung = Eigenfrequenz des Bauteils) auftreten, führt das zu einer Verstärkung der Schwingungsamplituden und damit zu einer erheblichen Belastung der entsprechenden Bauteile. Um gefährliche Schwingungen auszuschließen ist es erforderlich, die verursachenden Erregerkräfte hinsichtlich ihrer Größe, Richtung und Frequenz zu kennen. Zur Vermeidung von größeren Schäden ist es ebenfalls notwendig, die Belastungen eines Bauteils zum Schutz vor einer möglichen Zerstörung zu überwachen. Um diese Kontrolle durchführen zu können, müssen zerstörungsfreie Prüfverfahren angewendet werden. In dieser Studienarbeit werden verschiedene Verfahren zur Schwingungsmessung, Schwingungsdiagnose und zur Früherkennung von Schäden an Maschinen oder Bauteilen vorgestellt. In Kapitel vier (Diagnosesysteme) werden verschiedene auf dem Markt erhältliche Verfahren zur Schwingungsanalyse und zur zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung vorgestellt.
