Kevin is an active member with the National Association of Expert Advisors where he serves a leadership role participating in their elite Mastermind group. Matthew Powell has lived in Northern Colorado since 1999 when he moved here from Illinois to attend Graduate School at CSU. Passionate about the amenities Colorado’s luxurious mountains offered, he knew this is where he would start his family and grow his career. With encouragement from his wife, Kristi, Matthew became a licensed Realtor® in 2007. Matthew leverages his experiences as a family man into helping clients find a home that will truly fit their lifestyle and needs. For Ben, helping others is a second nature. Formerly the Head Wrestling Coach at the University of Northern Colorado and current coach with various wrestling programs, he has always enjoyed helping people move forward and improve in one way or the other. Real Estate allows him to advise, mentor, and help individuals and families move forward with their lives and begin the process of creating long term wealth through home ownership. Ben helped over 30 families in Northern Colorado in 2016 alone! When Ben is not with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children or escaping on his mountain bike to the miles of trails that Colorado offers.

Hilary specializes in relationship building and excellent customer service. She is a proven professional in fast paced situations related to both promotion and crisis. Before finding RE/MAX, Hilary worked for six years as a Communications Specialist at the Arabian Horse Association and taught Public Speaking at Colorado State University while earning an M.A. in Communication Studies. Shannon has worked in management from Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett-Packard to smaller privately held companies, leading teams of up to 35 people. Using her business analysis and leadership experience, she is excited to be a part of the team combining her passion for Real Estate with her business background.
