On perusal of the proposedchannelof promotion for the post of JE(P.Way),consequent upon the merger of Sr.P.Way Supervisorswith JE(P.Way),NFIR conveys that in the heading "Mode of Induction" (Col. No.5), though a quota of 20o/oof vacancieshas been earmarkedto be filled by promotion but the proposal does not indicate as to which staff would be eligible for promotion. 2. Keeping in view above point, NFIR suggestsformulating new channel of promotion as mentionedbelow:-
