bean seeds, ruler, paper towel, half cup of water, Ziplock
germination and growth process of a bean plant.

Procedure: 1. Fold a paper towel and place it inside the plastic bag. 2. Measure and mark three inches from the top of the bag. 3. Place a horizontal row of staples three inches from the top to create a miniature pocket. 4. Pour a half cup of water into the bag. 5. Place the seeds inside the top half of the baggie and seal it tightly! 6. Tape your mini-greenhouse to the window so that it gets plenty of sunlight. 7. Observe and record your seedlings’ progress each day!
