MINISTRY ORDER NO. 23 - 84 June 28, 1984

In the exigency of the service, Mrs. ELLEN D. HERNANDEZ, Officer-in-Charge, Local Finance Projects Management Division is hereby directed to proceed to Cebu City on July 2 to 3, 1984 for the 2nd Quarter Regional Conference. She is to assist Director Carlos of the Office of Local Government Finance in the discussion of RPTA matters in connection with the Central Visayas Regional Projects (CVRP) and the implementation of the Loan Package Agreement thereof.

Travel and other allowable expenses incident thereto is hereby authorized chargeable against Ministry funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
