Delegation of authority to the Commissioner, Finance Ministry Intelligence Bureaus to sign notices of salary increases/adjustments of personnel of the Intelligence and Investigation Division • In the interest of the service and in order is facilitate the implementation of National Budget Circular No. 305, dated April 30, 1979 on salary increases, Commissioner PRL,AOIO A. CRUZ of the Finance Ministry Intelligence Bureau is hereby authorized to sign all notices of salary increases( adjustments of the personnel of the Finance Intelligence and Investigation Division.
