RECLASSIFICATION OF THE XUNICIPALITY OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1978, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Guinobatan, Albay, is hereby reclassified anew from Fourth to Third Class, effective July 1, 1978, on the basis of its revised average annual income from P499,220.22 to P530,679.57 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive fiscal years (1974 to 1977), as certified by the Commission on Audit under its 8th indorsement dated June 11, 1981. The foregoing classification of the said municipality shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations. This accordingly amends Ministry Order No. 12-80, dated October 15, 1979, of this Ministry, copy enclosed, with respect to the reclassification of the Municipality of Guinobatan treated herein.
