Further to Ministry Order No. 24-81 dated July 16, 1981 authorizing the holding of the 1981 11OF Inter-Agency Sports Tournament and to make the affair meaningful, as in previous years, there shall be a "Walkathon" to precede the Opening Ceremonies. All participants are requested to assemble at 6:00 A.M. on October 24, 1981 at the Agrifina Circle, thence to proceed to the Folk Arts Theater, PICC Complex, passing thru Roxas Boulevard. Heads of Bureaus/Offices under the Ministry of Finance are requested to enjoin all the Officials and employees of their respective offices to participate in the said Walkathon and Opening Ceremonies.
