RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MASIb IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region III, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Lanao del Sur; the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan, and the Municipal Treasurer of Masiu and Others Concerned.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Masiu in the province of Lanao del Sur is hereby reclassified from Sixth to Fifth Class, effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of its average annual income of P207,288.58 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1978-1981), as certified by the Commisdion on Audit under its letter dated February189 1983. The foregoing classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees of Masiu in accordance with existing law and regulations.
