INITIAL CLASSIFICATION OF THE NEWLY-CREATED MUNICIPALITY OF ROSELLER T. LIM IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 1983 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IX, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Zamboanga del Sur; the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Treasurer of Roseller T. Lim and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the newly-created municipality of Roseller T. Lim in the province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby initially classified as Fifth Class effective February 1, 1983 on the basis of the estimated annual income of X200,000.00 certified collectible by the Officer-in-Charge of the Municipal Treasury of said municipality for calendar year 1983 as reflected in the attached annual budget. The foregoing initial classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees of Roseller T.
