The Regional Director for Local Government finance, Region IV, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Cavite; the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Treasurer of Imus and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, thr municipality of Imus in the province of Cavite is hereby reclassified from Second Class to First Class, effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of its average annual income of 11,726,966.57 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1978-1981), as certified by the Commission on Audit in its 2nd indorsement dated May 26, 1983. Furthermore, pursuant to Section 6 of the aforementioned Decree, the municiptlity of Imus is hereby sub-classified as First Class-C effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of its average annual income of t1,948,659.26 actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1980-1981), as certified also by the said Commission. The foregoing classification and sub-classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees of Imus in accordance with existing law and regulations. This supplements Ministry Order No. 31-83 dated March 11, 1983, of this Ministry.
