SUB-CLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1980, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

TO

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IV, Provincial Governor, Municipal Mayors, the Local Sanggunians, Provincial Treasurer and Auditor, Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 6 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Cainta, Rizal is hereby sub-classified from First Class-C to First Class-B, effective July 1, 1980, on the basis of its average annual income of 13,656,459.48 actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1978 and 1979), as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated September 19, 1980. However, the municipality of Antipolo maintains its present subclassification as First Class- C, considering the average annual income of Y2,649,44O.74 it actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1978 and 1979), as certified also by the said Commission. The foregoing sub-classifications shall be the basis for determining .tile maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
