May 14, 2017 Hello Pioneer Families! We have completed our State Testing!!! This week we will be focusing on makeups for those students who were absent during testing. These students will be called out of their regular scheduled classes to complete testing. Congratulations to Boys Baseball Team for the 1st Place finish in the SAL League Tournament. Also congratulations to our Track Athletes who competed at the Valley Meet at Buchanan High School on Saturday. All of our Student Athletes have represented our school honorably this season and I am very proud of each and every one. We will be recognizing our athletes at our Athletic Awards Night, Monday May 22nd at 6pm in the Pioneer Middle School Gym. Please join us in honoring all of our athletes. Also parents, please ensure that your student as returned their uniform to school, students who have not returned their uniforms will be billed for the missing items. This Tuesday we will welcoming our incoming 6th Grade students on campus from 9-11. Also that evening will be a Parent Meeting for our incoming 6th Grade Parents. Also, all 8th Grade Parents, please remember that all debts to the district must be cleared before students can participate in Banquet, Graduation, or Wild Water. These debts may include, cafeteria bills, lost books, or damaged chromebooks. All 8th Grade Chromebooks will be collected after testing on May 12th, they will be inspected for damage. Please remind your students to provide detailed information on any incident reports related to the damage, if your device is covered by insurance the incident report must detail the accident which caused the damage, otherwise the damage is not covered by insurance. All 8th Grade textbooks will be collect on Tuesday May 16th. Students will receive letters regarding debts by May 23rd. Chromebook and textbook return for students in grades 6 & 7 will take place May 24th-26th.
