Qualification of Eligible Applicants 1.1 Eligible applicants must be a local resident of ASEAN member states : Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore and Viet Nam. 1.2 Eligible applicants must submit an application with formal approval through their Faculty, Institute or Division of University. 2.
