Committees, trainees, and EPs. Role of NCB
NCB is the decision making body within AIESEC India on exchange quality issue. NCB Will Analyze Information from Customer Gauge tool (NPS) , draw inferences and Suggest changes in Programs across AIESEC India Local Committees.
NCB has the decision making power on cases happens on Local Committees of AIESEC India.
NCB is the initiate by AIESEC India to educate the national plenary to stick to XPP and improve exchange quality. NCB will release a Quality Ranking Sheet of LC’s of AIESEC India every Month. NCB will make necessary Changes in the AIESEC India Compendium to ensure delivery of High Quality AIESEC Experiences.

Coordinate with ICB and make sure all the appealing to AIESEC India is closed ASAP. 6. Make recommendations to the National Plenary on the basis of NPS to improve quality and program evolution.

National Control Committee consists of 3 LCP’s, who are the final responsible part of the board to make decision and policy. The
committee's role is: 1. Drafting National XPP 2. Solution decision (how to solve cases) 3. Duty decision (who is supposed to take main responsibility of appealing)
4. Punishment decision (what's the punishment to LCs/EPs/Trainees) 5. Make recommendations to the National Plenary on the basis of NPS to improve quality and for program evolution.
National Subcommittee consists of 19 Quality Managers at LC Level. The subcommittee is responsible for

Troubleshooting and contacting EP’s requesting a follow up on Customer Gauge. Ensuring Minimum Quality Promise Document is implemented in their Local Chapters. Establish and implement National Appealing Channel.
