To All Members Sub : Transfer of security of California Software Company Limited from “BZ” series to “EQ” series This is in continuation to our earlier Download Ref. No. NSE/CML/27638 dated September 17, 2014, regarding transferring securities of California Software Company Limited (CALSOFT), to BZ series from EQ series for non-compliance of clause 41 of Listing Agreement. California Software Company Limited has complied with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement and paid requisite fine levied as per SEBI Circular dated September 30, 2013. In the view of the above the security of California Software Company Limited, shall be transferred from “BZ” series to “EQ” series with effect from December 17, 2014. This circular shall be effective from December 17, 2014.
