To All Members Sub : Suspension of trading in Equity Shares of Nissan Copper Limited for non-compliance of clause 31 of Listing Agreement. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/31/2013 dated September 30, 2013 with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of shares of listed entities for non-compliance of certain clauses of the Listing Agreement; it is hereby informed that trading in Equity Shares of Nissan Copper Limited will be suspended w.e.f December 21, 2015 on account of non-compliance with Clause 31 of the Listing Agreement for two consecutive year ends i.e., March 31, 2014 and March 31, 2015. The entire promoter shareholding of Nissan Copper Limited shall be freezed w.e.f. November 27, 2015 till further notice. In case, Nissan Copper Limited complies with respective requirement/s including payment of fines on or before December 15, 2015 (five days before the proposed date of suspension), the trading in Equity Shares of the said companies will not be suspended. However, in case the aforesaid companies fail to comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement on or before December 15, 2015 then: · Trading in the Equity Shares of the companies would be suspended w.e.f. December 21, 2015 and the suspension will continue till such time the Company complies including the payment of fine. · 15 days after suspension has been effected, trading in the shares of non-compliant companies would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week for six months.
