New Recording Fees January 1, 2017

As a result of the passing of SB16-115, Colorado recording fees will increase effective January 1, 2017. o Most standard documents will be subject to a $2.00 increase for the first page. For example, standard documents currently charged at $11.00 for the first page will increase to $13.00 for the first page, and $5 for each additional page. Please refer to the Fee Schedule found at larimer.org/recordingfees. o All paper and electronically submitted documents received in our office after 5pm, Friday, December 30, 2016, will be subject to the new fee schedule. o To minimize disruptions to your operations, please update your processes accordingly to mitigate against rejections.
