◦  District pays 87.4% for staff who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours per week during the school year. ◦  $4,000 total deductible $200 is your deductible, the district funds the remaining $3,800 deductible.

For 2016, the rate is 6.6%. –  You will be required to contribute 6.8% of your gross wages in 2015 to the Wisconsin Retirement System. For 2016 the rate is 6.6%.

If given the option, select the appropriate “Submit To” as your supervisor. This should be your principal/supervisor, some staff report to multiple buildings, then pick the most appropriate one. From the “Time Off Code” pull-down menu, select the appropriate code. From the “Reason” pull down menu, select the appropriate reason. Enter a description (optional), otherwise the default description will be the same as your Reason Code used in #2. Select the date you are requesting off. Enter the number of hours you will be gone and wish to be paid for. Enter the start time of your absence (if less than a full day) – you can leave this as is for a full day absence. Select any additional employees to notify of your absence. (Optional) SAVE. This will submit the request to your supervisor for approval.

Your request instantly goes to your supervisor. They will also get an email notification to inform them that you have submitted your request. When your supervisor approves or denies it, you will get a confirmation email. If there is a change in a request after you click SAVE, you will need to contact your supervisor. If they have already approved it, you will need to contact Angie in Payroll. You CANNOT delete or edit a request AFTER it has been approved by your first level approver. After all approvals are completed – your time off request is automatically entered into your record. You can view your history at anytime using Skyward.
