No.: 0257/2018 To all Members, Sub : Suspension of trading in equity shares of Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited (JENSONICOL) In pursuance of regulation 3.1.2 of the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, it is hereby notified that equity shares of Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited will be suspended from trading with effect from March 19, 2018 (closing hours of trading on March 16, 2018) pursuant to order dated February 12, 2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal Kolkata Bench vide CP (I.B.)No.364/KB/2017 on appointment of Liquidator for Jenson & Nicholson (India) Limited. This circular shall be effective from March 19, 2018.
