This year, we changed the winemaking style of our Riesling to follow suit with our Moscato and Gewurztraminer. We stopped the action of the yeast during fermentation to reveal a wine with a lower alcohol, tropical fruit flavors, and a slight effervescence. This Riesling also has beautiful, fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, pear and apple, balanced by a ripened grape sweetness. We bottled this wine early in the year following harvest to retain its fresh and vibrant characters. We hope you enjoy this new approach to our Riesling as much as we do!
