I created this fun place value freebie to meet Common Core standards and give my students much needed hands-on practice with tens and ones! You will need pool noodles cut into tens (rods) and ones (units) (or you can use base ten blocks you already have!) and these number cards. Print and laminate the cards. Place cards and noodles into your math center. Student chooses a card and uses the noodles to build the number. Then they draw the number on their paper. CCSS: KNBT1 KCC1 KCC2 KCC4 KCC5
