NORTHSIDE COLLEGE PREP SAT PREPARATION COURSE Academic Approach is offering a standardized test preparation course for Northside College Prep students who have targeted the April 10th, 2018 SAT exam. This course is best suited for students who are interested in an efficient preparation course reviewing key skills in reading, writing, math, and science and their application on the SAT. The 24 hours of total instruction introduces reading annotation, math problem solving, and grammar and rhetorical skills, all with rigorous emphasis on SAT standards and practices. As part of the course, each student will also sit for two full-length practice tests. These were scheduled with the school at intervals deemed to best fit within the school calendar. Please see the included schedule for a weekly breakdown of classes. Each student who signs up for a course will receive the following: Highly Customized Classroom Teaching: Academic Approach classrooms are more efficient and effective than other test preparation classrooms because of the level of customized teaching we achieve through our detailed diagnostic reports and extensive coursework. Diagnostic and practice exams will enable Academic Approach to tailor the teaching to the most common and immediate test preparation needs of the entire class as revealed by a score-report analysis.
