Place of Work. At 3 Corps OMC unit location with all India service liability including field service.
5. Type of Post. Permanent after successful completion of two years of continuous service under probation.
-26. Candidates will fwd application properly sealed, in an envelope to the address mentioned against the post applied for, through Ordinary / Registered / Speed Post. Application in person will not be accepted. Candidates should prescribe the words “Application for the post of Tradesman Mate Caste________” on the top of the envelope while sending the application form to The Officer Commanding, 3 Corps OMC, PIN909803, C/O 99 APO. The above sentence, if not superscribed on envelope, same will not be accepted. The envelope should clearly mention the senders name and complete address at the reverse. 7. The last date for receipt of application is 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the employment news (including the date of publication). In case of candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Sikkim, Laddak Sub Division of Jammu and Kashmir state, Lahaul & Spiti District of Pangi Sub Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep shall be 28 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. 8. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application i.e, 21 days from publication in Employment News. 9. Note-I. Central Government Civilian employees must furnish “No Objection Certificate” from their employer/Office at the time of the test else their candidature will be cancelled. 10. It is made clear that merely fulfilling the basic essential qualification requirement does not automatically entitle a person to be called for tests. The selection will be made strictly on the merit basis. The decision of appointing authority regarding selection/rejection will be final. It is also made clear that the number of post/vacancy are tentative and recruitment process can be cancelled/suspended/terminated by the Appointing Authority at any stage due to administrative reasons. No of vacs may increase or decrease at the discretion of Competent/appointing auth. 11. To reduce the number of candidates for the test, screening of applications will be carried out based on the percentage of marks obtained in the examination mandated as essential QR.

Candidates will appear for physical test/endurance Test at their own risk. In case of death or injury/accident sustained by the candidates during tests, 3 Corps OMC/authorities will not be responsible to pay any compensation. 17.

18. Date and time for Tests. Date and time for written exam/physical test will be intimated later on to candidates through Call Letter, whose application and particulars are found to be correct and in order. 19. Candidate not in receipt of call letter should presume that their application were incomplete/not meeting the QR (Qualitative Requirements) or not found eligible. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 20. Original Documents. Candidates are required to bring original documents/certificates at the time of test failing which they shall not be permitted to appear in the test. 21.
