Appointments are done subject to availability of vacancies & the posts mentioned in the advertisement may be changed. 2) Application form should be properly filled as per below attachment, Incomplete applications are likely to be rejected. 3) Recent passport size photograph (self attested) should be properly affixed at the place provided in the application form, and 2 extra photographs should be retained with the candidates for further process. 4) The candidate should confirm that he fulfills all conditions as mentioned in the notification. If it is noticed that the candidate does not fulfill any of the condition, the candidature will be cancelled at any stage of appointment. 5) The postal address for correspondence should be complete. 6) Age (as on 1St March 2016):a) Assistant Chemical Analyser:- Open candidates – 33 Years & Reserved candidates – 38 years 7) The selected candidates will be appointed on purely temporary basis for 1 year at Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik and Amravati Laboratory and will draw fix emoluments as shown and will not be admissible for any other allowances. 8) No Traveling Allowance will be paid to the candidates. 9) Reservation benefits are allowed only to persons domiciled in Maharashtra State. 10) Reserved category candidates are required to submit caste and caste validity certificate at the time of interview as per Government Rules. 11) Reserved category candidates belonging to Vimukt Jati and Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Class and Other Backward Class are required to submit Non-creamy Layer Certificate for the financial year 2014-15 OR 2015-16.

12) Candidates should be bring a set of attested mark sheets, certificates, experience certificates, all required certificates regarding proof for reserved category and recent self-photographs with recognized photo ID, etc. for submission along with original documents for verification at time of interview, otherwise the candidate will not be allowed for interview. 13) The candidate punished against any demoralization/criminal prosecution in any court of law will be unqualified for appointment. The candidate is required to furnish the information regarding any pending police case or court case. 14) If the candidate submits any false information or documents at any stage of appointment or after appointment his candidature or appointment will be cancelled without any notice. 15) If the candidate has registered with any Government employment exchange, he is required to attach the attested copy of registration with application. 16) At the time of interview the candidate is required to produce the letter from the local police station stating that no crime case was registered or proved against him. 17) The Directorate is not responsible to provide residence to the selected candidates. Important Notice :1) The contract period will be for the period of 1 year from the date first appointment and the contract will be automatically expired after that period without any notice. 2) The selected candidates are required to submit the affidavit on Rs.100/- bond paper. 3) No person from the Directorate or any other agency is authorized to sell or receive the application forms. 4) The Director, Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratories has a right to cancel or stay the appointment process at any stage. 5) The candidates registered with Government employment exchange or Project Officer are also required to present for interview with the proper filled application form and requisite documents. 6) The selected candidates will be required to accept the appointment within 7 days, otherwise his name will be cancelled from the select list without any notice as considering that he is not interested for the particular appointment. 7) Candidates should report at 9.30 am with filled forms with educational mark sheets/experience/caste/ caste validity/non-creamy layer etc. in original and a set of attested copies at the interview venue.
