All Members, Introduction of additional quarterly options contracts on USDINR In our continuous effort to facilitate Trading Members, the Exchange is pleased to inform that for USDINR options contract, in addition to the currently available three serial monthly contracts followed by one quarterly contract of the cycle March/June/September/December, two additional quarterly contracts shall be available for trading in Currency derivatives segment w.e.f. November 29, 2017. Following are the details of 2 additional quarterly contracts: Quarterly Options Contracts: Instrument Symbol Expiry OPTCUR USDINR 27JUN2018 OPTCUR USDINR 26SEP2018 The trading parameters and contract specification of these additional quarterly options contracts on USDINR shall be as per SEBI circular ref. no. CIR/DNPD/5/2010 dated July 30, 2010 & Exchange circular ref. No. 16136 dated October 27, 2010. Accordingly, at all-time 3 serial monthly contracts and 3 quarterly contracts on USDINR options shall be available for trading. Kindly, download cd_contract.gz and cd_spd_contract.gz files from Extranet /cdsftp/cdscommon and update the local database before trading on November 29, 2017.
