Circular Ref. No.: 29/2017 To all Members, Sub: Suspension of trading in Equity Shares for non-compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of shares of listed entities for non-compliance of certain regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015; it is hereby informed that Ess Dee Aluminium Limited has submitted the shareholding pattern as on date for the quarter June 2016 & September 2016. However, they have not paid the applicable fines. Hence, the company will be suspended w.e.f. February 01, 2017. The entire promoter shareholding of the company shall be freezed w.e.f. January 10, 2017 till further notice. In case, Ess Dee Aluminium Limited complies with respective requirement/s including payment of fines on or before January 27, 2017 (five days before the proposed date of suspension), the trading in Equity Shares of the said companies will not be suspended. However, in case Ess Dee Aluminium Limited fails to comply with the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 on or before January 27, 2017 then: • Trading in the Equity Shares of the companies would be suspended w.e.f. February 01, 2017 and the suspension will continue till such time the Company complies including the payment of fine. • 15 days after suspension has been effected, trading in the shares of non-compliant companies would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week for six months. Please note, Promoter & Promoter group holdings of Ess Dee Aluminium Limited is already freezed w.e.f. from January 04, 2017 due to non-compliance of above SEBI circular pursuant to Regulation 27 (2) for two consecutive quarters i.e. June 2016 & September 2016. If the company do not comply with the above SEBI circular pursuant to Regulation 27 (2), then the company will be suspended as per the provisions of circular no. NSE/CML/33953 dated January 04, 2017. If the company complies with SEBI circular dated November 30, 2015 pursuant to Regulation 27 (2), then the suspension date for Ess Dee Aluminium Limited would be February 01, 2017.
