In case, the aforesaid company complies with respective requirement/s on or before December 26, 2017, the trading in Equity Shares of the said company will not be suspended. However, in case the company fails to comply with the provisions of Financial Results and payment of Fine on or before December 26, 2017 then: ·

Trading in the Equity Shares of the company would be suspended w.e.f. December 29, 2017 and the suspension will continue till such time the company complies.
