No.: 0506/2018 To all Members, Sub : Suspension of trading in equity shares of LML Limited (LML) This is in continuation of Exchange circular NSE/CML/37706 dated May 07, 2018 and in pursuance of regulation 3.1.2 of the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, it is hereby notified that equity shares of LML Limited will be suspended from trading with effect from May 15, 2018 (Closing hours of trading on May 14, 2018) pursuant to order dated March 23, 2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench vide CP NO. (IB)55/ALD/2017 with CA No.73/2018 on appointment of Liquidator for LML Limited. This circular shall be effective from May 15, 2018.
