Sub : Digital Submission of changes to registered Authorised Person details

This is in continuation to Exchange circular NSE/MEM/23055 dated March 26, 2013 regarding ‘Digital Submission of Authorised Person application’.

The Exchange is pleased to announce that in addition to appointment and cancellation requests of Authorised Person, request for subsequent changes in details of registered Authorized Persons will also be accepted through ENIT (Membership > Authorised Person > Change Details). The various types of requests available under this new facility are: I)

Change in AP details : a) Change in Registered address b) Change in Trade name/Applicant name/ Pan Number c) Change in contact details d) Addition of branch e) Change in branch details

Change in Proprietor/Director/Partner details of AP: a) Change in Residential address b) Change in status of Director/Partner c) Change in name/Pan/ contact number of Director/Partner d) Change in Shareholding Pattern

The above mentioned type of requests shall be accepted only through ENIT from June 5, 2015 onwards. The online status of these applications would be available in ENIT (Membership > Authorised Person> Change report). The process for submitting these applications is being provided in detail as a User Manual on ENIT (Membership > Authorised Person > Change Details).
