The rental fee for the event space is $300, with an additional $1000 minimum spend. Prices are flexible and negotiable for fundraising events, weeknight events, and events open to the public. Please inquire if you have specific budget requests. The room rental fee includes the following: • $150 towards renting tables, chairs, and linens + use of our own furniture* • Flatware and plates for all food items served by The Old Bakery Beer Co. • Glassware for all beverages • Early access to the space for décor and set up • 4+ hours of event time, ending no later than midnight • Unlimited email correspondence with event coordinator & at least one meeting to view the space and finalize details *depending on set-up requests, additional charges may apply
The room is 60’ x 40’ with a ceiling height of approximately 14’. Our space seats up to 100 people in a formal dinner setting, or can hold up to 150 in a cocktail-style set up. The cocktail style set up will not provide seating for every guest. It is based on an event where people will be standing and mingling, although some seating will be available. The room contains a bar and a stage can be set up if requested. There is also enough room to have a buffet, cake table, & gift table when hosting the maximum number of guests.
We require that all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages be purchased through us, but If you have any special requests we will do our best to accommodate them.

For events meeting the minimum spend through beverage purchases, we do allow outside caterers to be used in the space, as long as they are properly insured. We also offer catering for the space. A list of current catering options is available below. Requests are considered for alternate menu preferences. We allow outside dessert to be brought in regardless of the size of the event.
