At least fifteen (15) years of service to this ItLuistry;

performance efficiency rating. of at least very satisfactory for five (5) rating periods prier to the rotireaent;

Ao record of habitual tardiness or absences; and

d)

as not been found guilty in any administrative

cases The Finance Division Chief, personnel Division, shall prepare an Evaluation Report for each prospective awardee based on the records of the Ministry. the Assistant Secretary for portotmol.fanagenont and Development shall submit his rocs ndation to the Innistor. for approval.
