Expiry of Certification •
Validity of certification awarded to registered Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) which have been operational for the last three years (Regular Certification) is three years (03) from the time of issuance. After expiry of three years, these CSOs are required to approach the Centre for renewal of Certification.

Validity of certification awarded to registered Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) that have not completed three years of operations (Provisional Certification) is either for one (01) or two years (02). After expiry, these CSOs are required to approach the Centre for renewal of Certification.
Renewal of Certification •
The process for the renewal ofthe Certification (For regular and provisional CSOs) is similar to the initial registration. The organisation sends an application, and complies with the mandatory requirements after which PCP conducts a desk review of submitted documents and field evaluation in consultation with the applicant CSO.

Based on desk review and field evaluation, a detailed report is prepared.
•
Successful renewal will also take into consideration complied with the previous recommendations.
•
The report is then presented to the independent Certification Panel for the final decision.
