Having read many of her cookbooks over the years I immediately recognized her style; her knowledge of cookery and her delightful sense of humor. I also marveled at the sheer effort and energy it must have taken to amass this behind the scene' opus. I envision the many hours slaving over a hot computer; organizing, editing and checking the accuracy of all of the information.
