By Sally G I am enjoying this collection of interview clips of Paul McCartney from BBC radio and tv archives (2+ hours long). Most of all, I am impressed by the sound quality. I have a lot of this kind of material and most of it is of poor sound quality. I also like that most of the segments are fairly long compared to the little sound bites you usually get. For each segment, they tell you the show it is from and the date. The questions are interesting and mostly intelligent, and Paul seems relaxed with the interviewers and forthcoming with his answers. A nice glimpse into Paul in his own words. My only comment (not really a complaint) . . . I would like to have heard more from Paul during the Beatles or early Wings periods, even repeats of some of the more well-known interviews . . . I'd love to see them do a follow-up volume with more of those earlier eras. But, all in all, I am really enjoying listening to Paul speak. 9 of 10 people found the following review helpful.
