By Thomas L. Lafontaine This reads like a first draft manuscript replete with typos, poor grammer, and inaccurate info. The author refers to the Germans being surprised when they first encountered the T55 tank. The only problem is that as far as I know the Russians never had that as a tank designation The reader is left to assume the author means the T34 tank. On further investigation I noted that the author is also the publisher. It's doubtful any other publishing house would.consider this sloppy example of scholarship. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. By Seppälä Timo I think the book was very interesting but not very critical, and as someone else said, contained irritating spelling errors. Even myself as a non-native speaker was in pain :) Sometimes the book was also very superficial, sometimes surprisingly detailed.
