Most helpful customer reviews 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Great small book on big liners By Simon I recently picked this book up and enjoy dipping into it for a peek into Cunard's colourful past. It doesn't dwell too long on any one ship, but takes a balanced and informative view of the many liners that have made the Cunard name so famous over the past 165 years. There's a thorough summary at the back on all the ships if you want basic information, but the best bits are the short stories on liners like the Britannia, Carpathia, Lusitania and Queen Mary. It's good fun, nothing too heavy and looks great. Recommended. See all 1 customer reviews...
