Don't bother By Flex This is one of the worst books I've ever encountered, and never have I seen such an exorbitant amount of "quotes". Besides this work being extremely poorly written (and if you use kindle, incredibly badly edited), the notions expressed here are so scarce that I wonder if the author wrote it in his sleep: all the knowledge is but a few borrowed breathing patterns at the very end of this horrible effort. I do appreciate free books, and I am an avid reader, but honestly don't bother with this. If you want to hit the target, read something on the thymus gland by Dr John Diamond, or if you're more keen on breathing patterns any book on pranayama will prove immensely more appropriate than this booklet.
