I've just finished this new book by KE Osborn and well, what can I say, great story, lots of hot sexy stories, I was convinced something was gonna happen, but I was wrong! This is where Kim sendyouoff on false twists and your convinced you know what coming, but nope your wrong! You find yourself holding your breath, tears flow the oh now but the end, just came out of nowhere! I'm ready for her next book! 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. wow. what a love story By Mom23 Well this is pack with drama and love and some goofiness. Will meets Kat and at first sight he starts to feel things that he hasn't in years and they scare him. Kat feels things for Will and tried to get him to open up to more than friends. Over time things change and they start more than just friends and start to be more public for everyone things start to get dangerous. Great book. Mc I really...REALLY dislike giving bad reviews, especially since I understand just how much heart and
soul goes into writing. But I can't. I really just can't get past 10% without feeling bitter and angry. This story is so 1-dimensional and shallow that I wonder if I really can finish it. Truthfully, I tried to return it, but can't find where Amazon lets me. My biggest complaints: 8% of the way through, main male says he wants to 'f' main female in one paragraph and then 4 short paragraphs later, he's telling her 'honestly' that he never thought of her as a toy. Ahem...if that's all you are thinking about when you see her, and you have yet to have a real conversation with her, then yes...that's exactly what you think of her. Next, I can't get past the desperate way the author is trying to convince the reader that this guy is a 'bad boy'. I don't need the f word at least twice on EVERY SINGLE PAGE when it's his POV. I may be conservative, but I hope that others would see this as a bit excessive as well. I keep telling myself that if I make it to 10% maybe it'll be better, but I'm there now and trying to convince myself to try just a little more, to give the story a try. We'll see if it improves from here. Edited: at the 18% mark, and it only seems to be getting worse. The main males POV makes me wonder if he's a girl that is PMS'ing, or a stalker. Or just all around a whining brat. But one thing's for sure, I think most males can handle relationships better than this one. If this were a real person, I'd tell the girl he was stalking/sulking about to run away as fast as she could. My condolences to the author but I couldn't suppress my bitterness with this story See all 18 customer reviews...
