We still have some dark elements with the kidnapping and forced marriage but Ricardo just isn't all that sadistic (hopefully we'll see that when his brother's book comes out). Still, Ricardo is a dominating bastard and God can he dirty talk. I loved Juanita's character (Rubia) too--she is snarky and funny and takes no s***--love her. Sexy, fun read. Suzanne Steele weaves a scorching tale of lust and need that eventually turns to love. Reading Ricardo and Rubia's intense sex scenes will leave you hot for more!!! Steele's stories are Addicting By ocmd A high ranking Colombian official decides to punish a woman for stealing his money. Just one problem—he falls for his captive. Ricardo and Rubia are two characters who set off serious sparks! This steamy tale starts off as lust filled vengeance and turns into a romance. Love it! The book was about a woman named Rubia and a man named Ricardo. Rubia stole money from Ricardo. He forced her to marry him, in order to repay her debt. I had never heard of Dark erotica until, I read "Twist me" which I loved. This was not a dark enough for me. Rubia and Ricardo argued a lot, but there was no spankings, or hitting of any kind, which usually happens in dark erotica. The Ricardo character could be ruthless with his enemies, but I wished he could have been more tough and assertive, when it came to his wife. The book contained graphic sex talk and lots of detailed sex between Rubia and Ricardo, which I liked.

The book kept going back and forth between Rubia's point of view and Richardo's point of view, in the beginning, which irritated me. This was a 2 for me, I am glad, I only paid .99 cents. See all 28 customer reviews...
